ABOUT MS. MAMIE FAY

Ms. Mamie Fay was the first principal of P.S.122 Queens from 1925 to1942.

She was the first female principal in all of Queens.  She worked effortlessly to protect  children's rights.  The organization she used to be a member of became Child Protective Services.
